We ship across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through trusted shipping partners. Here is everything you need to know about delivery, costs, and tracking.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only.

2. Shipping Costs

Orders of 300 SAR or more: free shipping.
Orders under 300 SAR: a flat shipping fee of 25 SAR.
Any shipping fee is shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

3. Order Processing

Once your order is confirmed, we prepare and dispatch it as quickly as possible. You will receive an order confirmation by email.

4. Delivery Times

We aim to deliver your order as fast as possible. Actual delivery time depends on your location and the shipping carrier, so we do not guarantee a specific delivery date.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we provide the carrier name and a tracking number so you can follow your shipment. You can also view tracking details anytime in your account under “My Orders.”

6. Failed or Delayed Delivery

Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are accurate. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or no response, the order may be returned to us, and additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

7. Cash on Delivery

For Cash on Delivery orders, please have the exact order amount ready upon delivery.
