Refund Policy
Last updated: 3 June 2026This policy explains how and when we issue refunds for returned items. It works together with our Return & Exchange Policy.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds apply to items returned in line with our Return & Exchange Policy (within 48 hours, unworn and unwashed, with the original tag attached, and with proof of purchase). Once we receive your returned item, inspect it, and approve the return, your refund is processed.
2. Refund Timeframe
Approved refunds are issued within 14 days from the date we approve your return.
3. Refund Method
All refunds are issued via bank transfer. You will need to provide a valid bank account number (IBAN) in your own name so we can transfer the amount. We do not issue cash refunds.
4. Shipping Fees
The original shipping fee (25 SAR) is non-refundable — unless the item was defective or we sent you the wrong item, in which case we refund the full amount, including shipping.
5. Rejected Refunds
If a returned item does not meet our return conditions (for example, it is worn, washed, has the tag removed, or has no proof of purchase), we may reject the refund and return the item to you.
6. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you are entitled to a full refund — including shipping — or a replacement, at no extra cost to you.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, start a return by contacting us at extbrand1@gmail.com with your order number. After we approve the return, we will ask for your IBAN to process the bank transfer.
