Return & Exchange Policy
Last updated: 3 June 2026We want you to love your EXT pieces. If something isn’t right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 48 hours of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 48 hours of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
2. Condition of Items
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed, in their original condition.
- With the original tag/label still attached.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (your order number or receipt).
Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected and returned to you.
3. Exchanges
We offer size exchanges only — you may exchange an item for a different size of the same product, subject to availability and the same conditions and time window as returns. If your requested size is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.
4. Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping — unless the item is defective or we sent you the wrong item, in which case we cover the return shipping cost.
5. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free return and send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
6. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, contact us at extbrand1@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will guide you through the next steps.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, approved refunds are processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.
